Who We Are
Citizens of Dallas, serving Dallas. Relative PC Started in 2012 with one man, refurbishing and reselling laptops. It since has evolved into a computer repair company serving its local community with troubleshooting, virus removal, and system upgrades. We are certified, and have experience in multiple operating systems and form factors. Technology drives us, and is the central focus in our daily lives. With enterprise environment experience we are capable of meeting any of your technical needs no matter what they may be. Our numbers may not have grown by much, our knowledge base has increased exponentially since our start.
In home service is one of the many ways that we can meet your needs. We are able to come to your location and troubleshoot the issue in your environment where the system is expected to function properly. We are also available to pick up your system and complete repairs at our location and deliver it back depending on what fits your needs. Anything from virus/malware removal, to registry repairs, system upgrades, even a ground up system build. Our techs can show you, and help you understand, some of the features of your system and how to better utilize what speed you may have and even discuss possible upgrade options to optimize what you already own.
