In Home Service

All in home service starts with a 1 hour service call and can include a

 PC Check-Up, Spyware/Virus removal, Diagnose/Troubleshoot system to see if there are any unseen problems, Clean debris and dust from case and fans.

Pick Up/Drop off

If you need service but for any reason can, or will not have it done in your home we can come to you and pick up the device. Most repairs allow for next day drop off, and both pick up and drop off times will be scheduled to fit into your day. (This service excludes the cost of parts)

Remote Service

Not every issue needs a tech in the room. Sometimes a tech on the line is just as good. Some issues can be troubleshot and possibly resolved remotely, however if troubleshooting the problem proves not to be possible, we can change your service to In Home for only the difference in cost.
